Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will work at the Odana Rd Family Medicine Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinic Administrative Supervisor to:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the administrative staff. This includes managing work loads, training and education, overseeing team performance, and interviewing potential hires.

  • Address escalated patient concerns or issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or other business-related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in healthcare Required
  • Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations Preferred
