Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for independently leading high-impact recruiting initiatives for mid- to senior-level professionals who will drive Sensiba's continued growth and long-term success. This role operates as a strategic partner and thought leader within the Talent Acquisition function, contributing directly to workforce strategy, hiring outcomes, and the Firm's ability to compete for top talent. Serving as a subject matter expert on the Talent Acquisition team, this individual partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and implement recruiting best practices, market-informed strategies, and process improvements. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with business leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor by providing insight, guidance, and challenge where appropriate rather than functioning as a transactional service provider. This role performs work of significant complexity with minimal supervision, exercises broad independent judgment, and may mentor less-experienced team members. The scope spans multiple Firm departments, including Audit, Tax, GRC, Consulting, Growth, and Operations functions. This is a fully remote position, and only candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone will be considered for this position at this time. Responsibilities:
