Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix! About the Role Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29 Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14. Sub-specialty support includes pediatric surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Mercy, and MFM and OB-ED support at Norman Services include HFOV and jet ventilators Work-Life Balance Focused 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house – call is taken from home for maximum flexibility. Work approximately 15 shifts per month Collegial, Private Practice Feel Join a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists Close-knit team culture: Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources. Qualifications BC/BE Neonatologist Benefits and Compensation Competitive Compensation & Incentives Starting salary range starting at $275,000 with guaranteed annual salary increases. First-year guaranteed bonus plus ongoing monthly bonus incentives.
