About the Role Join a leading financial services organization as a Mortgage Fulfillment Manager within our Customer Experience Operations team. In this role, you'll lead a dynamic group of Customer Experience Specialists, driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class mortgage experience for our customers. What You'll Do * Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of 7 Customer Experience Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional service. * Optimize Operations: Monitor and manage daily queues, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and accurate mortgage fulfillment. * Drive Performance: Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to improve cycle times and quality. * Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. * Leverage Technology: Support and implement technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience. * Coach for Success: Review key performance metrics regularly and provide actionable feedback to help your team excel. What We're Looking For * Experience: Proven management experience in a call center environment, preferably within mortgage or financial services. * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations. * Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with call monitoring tools. * Leadership: Ability to motivate teams, manage pipelines, and deliver results under pressure. * Customer Focus: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
