Call Center Customer Service Representative Location: Harrisburg, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift About the Role We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong computer and communication skills. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information * Provide information to potential customers and process new applications * Handle payments via phone and document customer concerns accurately * Update account holder information and perform account maintenance (changes, adjustments, statement requests) * Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers * Prepare daily reports, including CSR Activity and cash-out reports * Follow up via mail and email correspondence Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of consecutive customer service experience * Call center experience is a plus but not required * Candidates with multiple short-term roles may not be considered * Proficient computer skills and data entry experience (minimum 1 year) * High School Diploma or GED required * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Schedule * Monday-Friday, day shift hours * No weekends required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
