Hours & Pay Schedule: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Direct Hire What You'll Do Assess warehouse layouts and implement scalable organizational solutions Optimize inventory flow, bin locations, and slotting according to WMS logic Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO compliance, replenishment, and cycle count accuracy Improve labeling, barcoding, and scan accuracy to maintain data integrity Collaborate with teams to document SOPs and support adoption of new processes Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system data Support compliance requirements in regulated environments such as food, beverage, supplements, hemp, or manufacturing Operate independently to identify and resolve process inefficiencies What You'll Need 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or operations experience Knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse inventory management Experience in CPG, food, beverage, or regulated environments preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and implement process improvements Physical capability to navigate warehouse operations and support reconfiguration efforts Proficiency with barcoding and inventory accuracy tools Benefits & Perks Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
