This role is ideal for early-career professionals who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, a polished customer presence, and the potential to grow into long-term offshore field leaders. The position focuses on production chemical programs (not drilling fluids) and emphasizes measured problem-solving, customer influence, and the development of lasting offshore relationships in a post-consolidation industry environment.
