Program Coordination & Deliverables

  • Coordinate with engineers, program staff, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Provide status updates and respond to requests from government representatives as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant drafting or CAD experience (education and experience may be combined).
  • Minimum 10 years of total work experience.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD for engineering and technical drawings.
  • Ability to interpret engineering markups, redlines, and technical guidance.
  • General understanding of naval, mechanical, or shipboard systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard, Navy, or DoD engineering or acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with shipboard or maritime platforms; experience with Fast Response Cutters is a strong plus.
