About the Role

Are you passionate about hardware innovation and eager to play a hands-on role in bringing cutting-edge technologies to life? We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our dynamic hardware team. In this role, you will directly influence the design, development, and validation of critical hardware components that power next-generation products.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact projects that push the boundaries of what's possible. You will be involved throughout the hardware development lifecycle-from concept through final validation-ensuring solutions are robust, high-performing, and ready to meet the demands of tomorrow's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze performance requirements for complex or constrained hardware components, utilizing industry-standard tools for design, development, and optimization.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain multiple hardware subsystems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation details, and test/validation results.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware design issues; assess risks and propose corrective actions for common failures.
  • Review hardware designs such as block diagrams, schematics, layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs) to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Evaluate hardware performance through simulations and measurements, validating specifications and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, clearly communicating objectives, timelines, progress, and risks to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Expertise in technical documentation and design communication
  • Solid industry knowledge related to hardware development
  • Deep understanding of hardware architecture and subsystem design
  • Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience implementing and validating hardware systems and subsystems
  • Domain-specific expertise in hardware engineering
  • Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
  • Proven ability in debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
