Our client is looking for a Web Designer to assist their marketing/creative team in the tech space!

This is a 2-3 month assignment that will require appx. 20-30 hours/week and is fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and execute day-to-day website updates, optimizations, and experiments across marketing and product surfaces

- Create and iterate on web designs to support testing initiatives (A/B tests, landing pages, feature updates, campaigns)

- Own the end-to-end design process for web initiatives, from concept through handoff

- Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, and Engineering to translate goals into effective web experiences

- Maintain and evolve design consistency across the website while allowing flexibility for experimentation

- Rapidly iterate based on performance insights, stakeholder feedback, and business needs

- Document design decisions and workflows to support scalability and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong experience in web design, with a focus on frequent updates, iteration, and experimentation

- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, collaboration)

- Ability to design for conversion, usability, and brand consistency across responsive breakpoints

-Strong visual design sensibility paired with thoughtful UX decision-making

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70 - $80 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
