Role Overview Serve as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams, providing Tier 1-2 application and infrastructure support for Epicor ERP. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring processes, delivering training and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations during ERP rollouts and upgrades. Key Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact for Epicor ERP support, focusing on application-level troubleshooting and minor configuration. * Provide Tier 1-2 support for Epicor modules, including Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). * Collaborate with Epicor's support team via their ticketing system and escalate issues as needed. * Assist with custom report building and minor integrations (e.g., BizTrack) as required. * Support approximately 345 Epicor users * Coordinate and assist with two major Epicor upgrades per year. * Provide guidance on Epicor Financials (full SaaS solution) and Epicor eCommerce components. * Liaise between internal teams and Epicor for ticket transfers and issue resolution. * Deliver training and documentation for end users and support staff. * Troubleshoot data discrepancies (e.g., accounting/finance data inconsistencies) and address basic ERP usage questions. * Ensure smooth onboarding for new branches and ERP rollouts across Canadian locations. Skills & Qualifications * Epicor ERP expertise (3-5 years preferred), including troubleshooting, configuration, and module knowledge. * Strong technical support and customer service skills. * Experience with SaaS-based ERP systems; no server maintenance required. * Ability to create and manage custom reports. * Familiarity with ERP-eCommerce integrations. * Excellent communication and liaison skills for cross-team collaboration. * Intermediate-level experience; ability to work independently and escalate appropriately Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Beloit, WI.
