A nationally recognized organization supporting large-scale client implementations is seeking a detail-focused Claims Processor to support new client setup and membership processing within a high-volume operational environment. This full-time, onsite, temporary opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in fast-paced workflows, maintains exceptional accuracy, and is comfortable managing complex data across multiple systems.

Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Temporary
  • Assignment Duration: Through March 31, 2026
  • Work Environment: Onsite, five days per week


What This Role Offers

Daily Responsibilities



  • Complete high-volume data entry tasks at a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour
  • Process new client setup and membership information accurately and on time
  • Validate data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Track assignments and progress using project management tools
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure timely task completion
  • Review Excel and Word documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate issues requiring resolution
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and workflow changes


Required Qualifications



  • Prior experience in claims processing, data entry, or administrative operations
  • Proven ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook and cloud-based applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 20-40 pounds as needed
