Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Skills That Get You Hired

• 6+ months of previous experience in complex automotive, coating machine, lamination machine, or extrusion machine operation
• Able to read a ruler/tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
• Able to lift 65 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes
• Precision counts - you know quality when you see it
• Fit to handle lifting and standing all day
• Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew

On the Job

• Install and align rollstock for coating.
• Mix adhesives according to specifications.
• Perform and record viscosity checks every 30 minutes.
• Remove full rolls from the winder and assist with machine changeovers.
• Monitor roll startups and report issues immediately.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Complete required safety checks and routine housekeeping.
• Insert defect flags into rewind rolls as needed.
• Work toward operator certification to run the coater when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
