Shift: 1st Shift (6 AM - 3 PM)

Join the team as a Quality Control Inspector in Defiance and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Some experience in quality control
• Able to work with PolyWorks software
• Knowledge of FARO Edge Arm, CMM
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step
• Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude

• Ensure the design and maintenance of quality assurance systems.
• Organized with attention to detail.

• Spot welding inspection (using an ultrasonic sound device).
• Support for measurement.

• Quality check incoming parts.
