Employment Type: Temp to Direct

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hr
Shift Options:
* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday

As an Assembler I, you'll work closely with a collaborative manufacturing team to build components using technical drawings, tools, and established procedures.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly work, working with machinery, and growing their technical skills in a structured production environment. You'll gain valuable experience interpreting engineering documentation and contributing to high-precision manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do:
* Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools based on prints, diagrams, and visual instructions
* Work closely with other assemblers to build and connect product components
* Follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints and documentation
* Collect materials and equipment needed to complete assembly tasks
* Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
* Monitor output and verify completed work for accuracy and workmanship
* Maintain production records including quantities and time tracking
* Report defects, malfunctions, or quality concerns to leadership
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
* Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines

Job Requirements
What you'll bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of assembly experience
What set's you apart:
  • Previous production or work experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
  • Ability to read blueprints.
