Senior Bridge Inspector - CEI

RK&K is currently hiring a CEI Senior Bridge Inspector to join our Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) team in Orlando, Florida. This position is in our Construction Management group which oversees the contractor's operations on roadway and bridge construction projects.

Essential Functions

• On-site inspection of roadway and bridge construction
• Monitoring on site construction activities.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of inspection staff.
• Review reports from inspection staff and write summary report of all construction activities.
• Assist with conducting inspections, observations and run materials tests and checking construction work.
• Maintain detailed records of daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Four (4) years of experience in construction inspection, two (2) year of which shall have been in bridge/roadway construction inspection
• CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
• CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level II
• CTQP Pile Driving Inspection
• CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection
• CTQP Final Estimates Level I
• FDOT Intermediate MOT

Preferred Skills and Experience

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• CTQP Post-Tensioning Technician Level I
• CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I
• CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level II
• CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
• CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II
• CTQP Grout Technician Level I
