As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors while delivering a welcoming presence and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting additional support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity for security-related concerns, reporting suspicious behavior and assisting with direction and wayfinding.
• Document and report incidents, patrol findings, and policy violations, and communicate key information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
