Job Description




Allied Universal is currently seeking a Client Specific Recruiter to develop and execute all recruiting strategies and operations, within an assigned portfolio, to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates to meet the site hiring needs. May require work to be performed outside regular hours / office location- for job fairs and candidate outreach on weekends or evenings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct all Recruiting activities for the accounts and ensure:
    • Approved high volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill
    • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
    • Keep track of recruiting metrics (ex: Time to hire, Source of hire, Attrition rate)
    • Adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened.
    • Creative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis
    • College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed
    • Community Sources are set up and provide hires on a consistent basis
    • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
    • Wage Subsidy programs are found and utilized as appropriate
    • Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets. Includes completing weekly or monthly reports on hiring, effectiveness of recruiting sources, costs vs. return on investment, projections for future growth, and other useful data as directed by the Director - Field Recruiting. Be able to turn analysis into action plans by proactively anticipating and responding to trends.
    • Comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment
    • Work with Operational leadership to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the process in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Work in partnership with Account Operations Teams and to manage recruitment and retention activities:
    • Assist to manage client expectations around recruitment challenges
    • Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on, and improved in a reasonable time frame

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess one or more of the following:
    • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience recruiting in a high volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment
  • Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (Internet search engines, social media sites, ATS, etc.)
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Possess a thorough understanding of state hiring laws, compliance with OFCCP/Affirmative Action processes, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One or more of the following recruiting certifications:
    • Certified Internet Recruiter
    • Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter
    • Professional Recruiter Certification
