We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual [English/ Spanish] Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing information and assistance to the general public, clients, visitors, and other interested parties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries regarding plant activities and operations.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate departments, offices, and personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including pickup, distribution, and postage.
  • Support management with administrative tasks such as copying, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain daily labor schedules.
  • Perform additional administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Report directly to the Plant Manager and HR.



Qualifications

Required

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to run occasional work-related errands as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite & Canva.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines).


Preferred

  • Previous administrative or front office experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.



Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move between office and plant areas throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 20 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and conditions.
