As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering standout customer service. You will help to deter unwanted activity by observing, reporting, and communicating clearly with site teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, assisting with visitor management, delivery coordination, and badge and/or credential checks per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, communication with site contacts, and requesting public emergency services when needed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders using approved tools and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
