You will conduct routine patrols and vehicle rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with site incident documentation per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and control entry for employees, contractors, and visitors, including checking credentials and directing traffic flow in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Complete daily activity reports and log entries, observe for unusual conditions such as open doors or equipment issues, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
