Description We are seeking an experienced Meditech Integration & Patient Access Analyst to support our customer's Patient Access workflows and system integrations. This role is heavily focused on implementation work, including workflow requirements gathering, troubleshooting interfaces, and supporting Meditech-related applications, specifically within their ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring successful integrations between Meditech and thirdparty applications. This position is implementation-driven, with work centered around kickoffs, go-lives, and project execution, rather than ongoing operational support. The role does not participate in a formal oncall rotation. Skills Meditech, hl7, magic, Registration, scheduling, billing, build, testing Additional Skills & Qualifications equirements gathering & workflow mapping (Patient Access focus) Endtoend implementation experience (kickoff build testing golive) Testing skills for workflows and interfaces (HL7 message validation) Vendor coordination across Meditech, R1, and thirdparty apps Rootcause troubleshooting (NMI, HL7, integration flow) Meditech Data Repository understanding (file structure, data flow) Basic revenue cycle awareness (how Patient Access impacts downstream) Strong communication & stakeholder management Adaptability across multiple Meditech platforms Self-directed work style + travel flexibility (25-50%) Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
