Description Day-to-Day Expectations: - Attend senior leadership meetings and steercos to capture discussions, decisions, and action items. - Create crisp outlines of discussions and decisions, ensuring documentation is meticulous enough for potential regulatory evidence or audits. - Prepare and help build presentation decks for executive-level meetings, working independently without a step-by-step checklist once ramped up. - Utilize Copilot for crisper and more concise statements, demonstrating experience with AI tools. (Plus if they have expereince before. ) Job Duties: - Digest conversations from senior-level leaders and create themes or stories around meeting content. - Document meeting minutes and takeaways, focusing on important information to pull out of conversations. - Ensure documentation is clear and precise, especially for regulatory purposes. - Assist program managers in preparing for executive meetings. Desired Qualifications: - Ability to break down complex information through a risk and compliance lens. - Experience in a global technology, transformational focus, with risk and compliance alignment. - Strong aptitude and detail-orientation; prior experience in a specific arena is less critical than the ability to learn quickly. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic SharePoint knowledge. - Experience with Copilot or similar AI tools is highly beneficial.
