Aqua serves as a playful, AI-enhanced creation app built for kids and families. It is crafted to spark creativity early, build confidence, and earn trust from caregivers and teaching professionals. We're looking for a Sr Growth & Community Program Manager to build and scale the ecosystem around Project Aqua! This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, community development, and trust-led storytelling. You'll design the systems that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term loyalty through authentic connection with families, kids, educators, and creators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, blends critical thinking with hands-on execution, and is excited to shape how a new product grows through community rather than paid media alone. The Challenge! Design and own community-led growth strategy
Build trust with parents and educators
Develop creator, influencer, and partner ecosystems
Create feedback loops between community and product
Evangelize Project Aqua internally and externally

In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
