The Opportunity

Adobe is investing in the future wave of creativity, and Project Aqua is a cornerstone of that vision. Aqua serves as a playful, AI-enhanced creation app built for kids and families. It is crafted to spark creativity early, build confidence, and earn trust from caregivers and teaching professionals.

We're looking for a Sr Growth & Community Program Manager to build and scale the ecosystem around Project Aqua! This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, community development, and trust-led storytelling. You'll design the systems that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term loyalty through authentic connection with families, kids, educators, and creators.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, blends critical thinking with hands-on execution, and is excited to shape how a new product grows through community rather than paid media alone.

The Challenge!

Design and own community-led growth strategy

  • Build the first version of Aqua's Growth & Community Playbook, defining scalable frameworks for challenges, UGC loops, and creative prompts.

  • Partner with PMM to launch early community pilots such as "Kids Create" challenges and ambassador programs.

  • Identify high-impact events, conferences, and forums to engage directly with K-12 educators (virtual and in-person)

Build trust with parents and educators

  • Define Aqua's brand voice, safety narrative, and trust messaging for families and educators.

  • Launch parent-facing trust campaigns focused on transparency, safety, and creativity with AI.

  • Create educator-facing value propositions and proposals that clearly articulate learning outcomes, classroom use cases, and adoption benefits.

Develop creator, influencer, and partner ecosystems

  • Test influencer impact on install growth, engagement, and sentiment.

  • Collaborate with Social and Comms teams on creator coordination, approvals, and reporting.

  • Explore engagement with family and education organizations (e.g., Girl Scouts, organizations serving children, PBS Kids) and child-safe platforms.

  • Design lightweight value frameworks to evaluate partnerships and educator programs, including lead quality, activation, and downstream adoption.

Create feedback loops between community and product

  • Build dashboards and reporting to share insights across Product, Design, and Marketing.

  • Publish regular Community Insights reports to inform roadmap and strategy.

  • Own follow-up workflows for educator leads, ensuring timely engagement, clear next steps, and measurable conversion into pilots or active usage.

Evangelize Project Aqua internally and externally

  • Represent Aqua at events, webinars, and community showcases.

  • Contribute to parent- and educator-facing storytelling across blogs, livestream, and media.

  • Serve as a connector between Aqua and the broader education and family-tech ecosystem.

What is Needed to Succeed

Must-haves

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, community, influencer, or ecosystem marketing within consumer or creative tech.

  • Demonstrated success building or scaling community-led growth programs from early stage to repeatable systems.

  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into clear strategies and actions.

  • Comfort representing a product publicly and serving as a trusted internal advocate.

  • Experience defining success metrics and value for programs or events, and operationalizing follow-up to drive real adoption

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on kids, family, or education products, with an understanding of parent trust dynamics.

  • Familiarity with creator platforms, UGC ecosystems, or products built around user engagement.

  • Background working with educators, schools, or youth-focused organizations.

  • Passion for creativity, and the role of AI will play in empowering the next generation of creators.
