The Engineer Utility must be open to learning and trouble shoot televisions, phones and other training related to the job.

They should be flexible, eager to learn and be able to communicate with guests.

Must be able to paint, spackle, do light electrical such as changing switches, outlets, ballast and light plumbing repairs such as changing traps, faucets, and stoppers.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Be able to work flexible shifts if needed.
