We're seeking a dedicated Operations Support Specialist to be the backbone of essential daily operations. In this role, you won't just be performing administrative tasks; you'll be directly contributing to the seamless functioning of critical services, ensuring that vital resources are always available and compliant. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our support functions, enabling our teams to focus on their core mission.

**What You'll Do:**

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational integrity of our support services. Your contributions will ensure that critical materials are current, supplies are verified, equipment is functional, and records are meticulously kept. This role offers the opportunity to apply your organizational skills in a dynamic setting, supporting a team that makes a real impact.

* Manage the lifecycle and distribution of critical operational documents, ensuring all teams have access to the most current versions. This includes maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and verifying document accuracy.

* Oversee the critical supply verification process, meticulously checking in supplies, verifying shipment details, lot numbers, and expiration dates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

* Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal inventory levels, distributing resources, and coordinating with vendors to procure special requests efficiently.

* Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on various equipment, diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and arrange for external vendor services for more complex equipment needs.

* Process and report product issues, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate resolution of any defective items.

* Maintain comprehensive supply and equipment records, both digitally and in physical format, and manage the retrieval of records from offsite storage as needed.

* Collaborate with and assist other Operations Support Specialists on various projects and tasks, contributing to team success and broader operational goals.

* Strictly adhere to all health, safety, privacy, and security regulations and policies, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining a secure work environment.

**What You'll Bring:**

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

* Demonstrated knowledge of general administrative practices and operational support principles.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and standard office equipment.

* Strong understanding of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

* Ability to take initiative, independently plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in diverse situations.

* Aptitude for learning, interpreting, and applying a wide variety of policies and procedures.

* Capability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.

* Experience in compiling, writing, and presenting reports.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and serve as a liaison.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
