Job Description Position Summary: Shipping/receiving clerks work with minimal supervision to complete all shipping and receiving tasks. Clerks will demonstrate an intermediate ability to aid in developing new packaging processes and procedures, and determine work priority based on the shipping schedule to prepare loads for pickup. Typically 1-2 years of experience. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Packaging - Counting, Packaging, and putting away inventory. Shipping - Utilizing FedEx, UPS, DHL Shipping manifest systems. Printing labels, setting up orders. Use forklifts and wrap machine. Receiving - Receive goods into ERP system. Scrap - Empty scrap bins throughout the facility. Raw material - Support Raw Material Dept. as needed. Moving wire/components within departments. Cycle counts - Perform counts throughout the year Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. Lift up to 45lbs Able to work overtime as needed Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed. Intermediate system transactions Creating shipping documentation (BOL, POD etc.) Coordinating shipments for weekly goals/targets Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Required Skills: The ability to read and write English. Intermediate knowledge of shipping processes & equipment Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft suite) Experience & Education Typically 1-2 Years GED or High School diploma preferred but not required. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.00 to $21.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
