Job description:
Must have 3 - 5 years of previous Quality Optic Inspection experience with AS9100, preferably with composite manufactured products.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Must be able to read and interpret blue prints / drawings and inspect parts based on the drawings and specifications.
Experience in the use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.
May also perform audits of expired chemicals and calibrations as needed.
Collect, file, organize and maintain QA records.
Must have the ability to complete in-house AS9100 reports and customer documents, as well as work with outside source representatives, manufacturing and customer reps.
Must also be able to learn in-house BPCS system. Must have 20/20 vision or corrected to 20/20 vision.

This person must be an independent worker, TEAM player, follow through on tasks with minimum supervision. Must read, write and speak English. Will need personal transportation. Will need to be flexible with overtime needs. Could be any shift.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of applicable experience
* Knowledge of HVAC and Machine Electrical trouble shooting
* Injection Mold and Blow Mold machinery experience a plus
