Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Melbourne. Interested? Here's what you'd do: Process invoices for payment. Performs company check runs. Handles accounts receivable functions as required. Maintains company petty cash funds as required. Maintains and operates company mail machine. Performs vendor reconciliations. Verify and process expense reports. Request refund checks, where applicable, from suppliers. Maintain lost discount log. Performs internal financial audits as needed.* Performs miscellaneous clerical activities, i.e. check stuffing and filing. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures. Participate in quality and management/company meetings as required. Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space. Participate in additional training as required. Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma 5 years of accounts payable experience Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years' accounts payable experience Manufacturing experience Excellent computer skills/ applications knowledge (i.e. Email, Excel, MS Word etc.) and ERP systems. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. Ability to interface with customers and suppliers. Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
