Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking a Business Development Associate Account Manager, with proven ability to support the identification and growth of new business for the DMHS Defense Enterprise Health Solutions Team. This role will be in direct support of Lead Defense Enterprise Health Solutions Account Business Development Executives to provide strategic and analytical support across key growth functions including pipeline development and management, capture management, pricing, competitive intelligence, budgeting, and proposal operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in helping the team identify, evaluate, and win new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.

Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
