This is a hybrid role in Redmond, WA (2-3 days a week onsite). It will start in February and go through the end of June (4-5 months), with the possibility of extension up to 18 months.

About the Role

This position is a combination of AI Product Manager and Technical Program Manager responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI, be technically deep in AI stack, and have demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed organization to drive impact. This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.

Key Responsibilities



  • Deeply analyze and understand contracting business processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation
  • Define and align scope with business stakeholders
  • Write detailed technical AI features
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery
  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
  • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with product management (or Technical Program Management)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience writing features for AI products (handson AI product work, not just interest in AI).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with enterprisescale collaboration (facilitation and alignment across large matrixed organizations).
  • Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
  • Proven technical program management experience in a large matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
  • Experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • MBA or other related advanced degree.
  • Direct experience transforming business processes using AI and AI agents within a large enterprise setting.
