In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of intelligent user interfaces, directly influencing the usability, relevance, and overall experience of products that impact millions. This is your chance to drive research-driven insights that will define future product directions and elevate user interaction to new heights.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering the chance to contribute significantly to key initiatives and grow within a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work collaboratively in an agile environment with cross-discipline stakeholders to understand and prioritize research requests.

* Utilize a broad portfolio of research techniques, from generative to evaluative, to inform product and design decisions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

* Deliver timely, actionable research findings to key stakeholders, communicating insights in clear, compelling, and persuasive ways.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that research insights are effectively incorporated into product development and strategy.

**Qualifications:**

* A strong background and proven experience specifically in UX Research; candidates with primarily design-focused backgrounds seeking to transition into UX Research will not be eligible.

* Extensive experience with a broad range of user research methodologies, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, diary studies, and competitive analysis.

* Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize and analyze data from diverse sources to inform critical product and business decisions.

* Hands-on experience with industry-standard user research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics.

* Familiarity and practical experience with emerging AI-powered research tools (e.g., Hey Marvin, Dovetail, ListenLabs, Outset) to augment or support UX research workflows.

* Proven track record of designing and conducting user research end-to-end for technology products.

* Demonstrated capacity to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for engineering and business stakeholders.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep sense of customer empathy.

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously.

* Ability to work effectively and independently, taking ownership of research projects from conception to delivery.

**Interview Process:**

Candidates will participate in a multi-stage interview process. As part of this, you will be required to prepare a presentation deck showcasing 2+ UX research case studies (a portfolio website is not required).
