Join one of the world's most iconic technology brands as a Technical Content Manager. In this role, you won't just manage assets; you will architect the "pipes" that deliver mission-critical information to a global workforce.

We are looking for a systems-thinker who sits at the intersection of Project Management, Information Architecture, and Digital Operations. You will serve as the functional expert for audience segmentation and content delivery across secure video streaming and internal engagement platforms.

What You'll Do

  • System Optimization: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal Audience Management platforms, ensuring the right content reaches the right global segments with "pixel-perfect" precision.
  • Global Content Governance: Strategically oversee the lifecycle of assets for major global events and internal product launches, ensuring brand consistency and technical compliance across multiple languages.
  • Process Engineering: Identify and drive initiatives to simplify complex content handoff workflows between creative, localization, and technical teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Video Producers, IS&T (Technical Teams), and Localization Leads to manage timelines for high-visibility publishing initiatives.
  • Documentation & Taxonomy: Own the "Source of Truth." You will maintain comprehensive documentation for audience processes and internal knowledge bases (leveraging Library Science principles).

Who You Are

  • The Technical Architect: You have a deep understanding of CMS structures, HTML/CSS, and XML. You speak the language of developers but have the eye of a designer.
  • The Global Strategist: You have 5-7 years of experience managing content at a massive scale, specifically handling assets for multiple countries, time zones, and languages.
  • The Problem Solver: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can foresee roadblocks in a fast-paced, high-pressure launch environment.
  • The Librarian: You have a passion for metadata, taxonomy, and organizing information so it is both secure and accessible.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years in Content Operations, Digital Asset Management, or Technical Project Management.
  • Systems: Proven experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Localization: Demonstrated experience managing global asset rollouts across multiple languages.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS is essential.
  • Education: Background or experience in Library Science or Information Architecture is highly preferred.
  • Logistics: Ability to work PST hours regardless of your home time zone.
