Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Facilitate Governance Meetings and produce corresponding Agendas, Reports, and Minutes Responsibilities include compilation, validation and understanding of required reporting, tracking of action items Review metrics and ensure accuracy of entry in system of record Collaborate directly with business partners to understand and help address any concerns or problems and then ultimately implement an effective solution Maintain official records and documents, validating preparedness for audits and examinations Actively partner with Stakeholders in Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit Requirements: Strong solution and creative problem-solving skills to design solutions for business and risk challenges, utilizing new and existing technology, including the application of artificial intelligence Knowledge of our business and existing technologies as well as emerging technologies Strong ability to consolidate information into executive ready and audit ready presentations Data analytics and data validation Strong attention to detail to meet the requirements of a highly regulated and often audited process in a unique risk environment Analytical thinking Proficiency in all Microsoft office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point) Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization Knowledgeable in Global Technology risk related policies and practices Executive presence and ability to present and communicate information clearly to executive audiences, technical audiences, and auditors Pay Range: $45.63-$53.63 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
