We're looking for a Senior Sales Director for our B2B and Payouts verticals to join our ever-evolving Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team Our Commercial and Sales teams create value for businesses of every size and industry - from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. What you'll own * Drive growth in multiple high-potential verticals, leveraging market opportunities to expand our footprint. * Utilize experience in global payments or global markets to enhance our international operations, with a focus on international markets. * Lead multiple teams of relationship managers including people leaders with extensive selling experience. * Onboard and mentor new team members, providing close support initially to ensure their success. * Understand and capture white space opportunities to drive profitability. * Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building. * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for growth, continuously seeking ways to expand our market presence. What you bring * Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. * Proven experience in the industry vertical(s) and managing international payments. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities. * 10+ years of previous team leadership experience * Demonstrated success in driving growth within high-potential verticals. * Adaptability to navigate an ever-changing and evolving role What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer? For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $167,300.00-$248,900.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
