In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have four years of experience with a variety of corporate and commercial matters including, complex M&A, technology transactions and other major business transactions for private and public companies and private equity funds. Qualified candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of commercial matters for clients.
