The team

We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Analyst to bridge business and technical teams within the Product Engineering Services practice. This role ensures technical solutions align with business needs by defining requirements, supporting development and testing, and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

The role

Key Responsibilities



  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development Teams.
  • Create and document feature specifications (integration diagrams, contracts, UX, etc.) in Confluence.
  • Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes; perform gap analysis.
  • Reverse-engineer legacy systems to support modernization efforts.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and conduct sanity/smoke testing.
  • Serve as main POC for Application teams.
  • Present findings and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables align with architectural standards and best practices.


What you'll bring

Required Skills



  • 5+ years in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and process modeling skills (Lucid/Visio/BPM tools).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
