Great Hill is seeking a Program Managerto support a project with DHA and the Armed Services Blood Program in Falls Church, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client's organization,and with company partnerships.
  • Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate andreview task plans and deliverable items.
  • Provide assistance to the organization in developingmission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation.
  • Works with assigned personnelto provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes toinclude capital outlay planning efforts and prioritizes those initiatives to meet strategic goals.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Communication or related field
  • Minimum of three years Program Management experience
  • Experience working with DOD military or civilian customers
  • Possesses the ability to organize, direct, manage and review technical aspects of deliverables, involving multiple complex and related project tasks


Desired Skills:



  • Experience with blood banking, blood safety or blood regulations is preferred
