SUMMARY The purpose of the Operator is to assist in leading the daily asphalt production process. You will work as part of a team to produce batches of high-quality asphalt products safely, efficiently and at a fast pace. Good mechanical skills, basic computer skills (training available) and good team communication skills are required. This job also requires excellent self-direction working alone at times or in small teams with little direct supervision. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
