Learning Stakeholder Partner, Consultant - Customer Experience

Your Role

The Enterprise Learning team designs strategic learning solutions that actively engage employees in developing essential skills for effective performance and career mobility, thereby supporting Blue Shield's mission. The Customer Experience (CE) Learning Stakeholder Partner Consultant reports directly to CE Stakeholder Sr. Manager.

In this role you will drive stakeholder relationships and their learning strategies, including building and maintaining strong partnerships across all business leadership teams, developing learning strategies, managing complex projects, as well as working with matrixed teams to operationalize learning initiatives. You and your team are responsible for leading PODs across matrixed teams, responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering effective learning solutions.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Requires one to be viewed as a specialist within Customer Experience
  • Requires the capability to conduct thorough analysis and determine underlying factors impacting performance, delivering targeted learning interventions as appropriate

  • Requires strong project management skills
