We're looking for a safety-driven, mechanically skilled Senior Field Service Technician to lead and support industrial field projects including oil flushing, filtration, lubrication systems, and equipment troubleshooting. If you have strong mechanical experience and are comfortable traveling, this is a high-growth opportunity with hands-on technical advancement. What We Offer $26-$27 per hour + overtime eligibility Paid travel time & per diem Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) 401(k) with company match + HSA options Generous PTO & paid sick time On-the-job training in high-velocity oil flushing Phone stipend Company-provided uniforms & boot allowance Clear career growth with a company that invests in its people What You'll Do Lead small field projects and mentor junior technicians Perform oil flushing, filtration, and lubrication services Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment Operate pumps, filtration systems, and related equipment Read and interpret P&IDs Perform oil sampling and vibration analysis Follow OSHA, LOTO, JSA/JHA safety procedures Complete documentation and job reports accurately What You Bring Required: 3+ years industrial or mechanical technician experience Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic & international) Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to pass background and drug screening Ability to obtain a passport Preferred: CDL Class A Refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial experience Oil flushing or lubrication systems experience At RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
