About the Role

We're looking for a Production Operator who brings focus, energy, and a commitment to quality to every shift. In this role, you'll help keep our production lines running smoothly while making sure every product meets the high standards our customers count on.

Your responsibilities will include:

You'll be at the center of our production process-operating equipment, monitoring quality, and keeping communication flowing across the line. Your work helps ensure that every product leaving our facility is safe, consistent, and something we're proud to stand behind.



  • Following all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures
  • Understanding and properly using safety switches, interlocks, and protective devices
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S standards
  • Checking product and case codes for accuracy and completing changeovers efficiently
  • Performing basic preventive maintenance and helping troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Escalating problems promptly and working closely with maintenance when needed
  • Completing required documentation accurately and on time
  • Communicating clearly with teammates, leads, and the incoming shift
  • Coordinating with upstream and downstream operators to keep the line running smoothly

What We're Looking For

You're someone who shows up ready to work, stays focused under pressure, and takes pride in doing things well. You enjoy being part of a team but can also handle tasks independently when needed.

You'll bring:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 1-2 years of Forklift experience
  • A dependable, self starting work style with strong teamwork skills
  • Comfort prioritizing tasks and staying organized in a fast paced environment
  • Basic mechanical ability to support daily equipment operation
  • Ability to obtain a forklift operator license
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to adjust variables in routine situations
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in temperatures from 60-90F
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
  • Willingness to complete pre employment drug screening and background check
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
