Cabling Technician - Structured Cabling Winston-Salem, NC Join Next Level Technician as a Cabling Technician in Winston-Salem, NC! Responsibilities: Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable Install and terminate fiber optic cable (if experienced) Test installed cable using Fluke or similar testers Punch down voice and data jacks Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, ladder rack, and pathway systems Install and support MDF/IDF buildouts Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights) Maintain clean and organized job sites Requirements: 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience Experience pulling and terminating CAT5e/CAT6 cable Basic understanding of testing and troubleshooting Ability to read and follow project drawings Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fiber optic installation and termination Experience in healthcare, data center, or commercial environments BICSI certification a plus OSHA or lift certifications Experience installing conduit or cable tray systems Why Work with Next Level Technician in Winston-Salem, NC?
