Low Voltage Foreman - Structured Cabling & Infrastructure West Memphis, AR Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Foreman in West Memphis, AR! Earn $40-$45 per hour, plus benefits, while leading structured cabling and infrastructure build projects. This leadership role is ideal for a strong field professional who can drive productivity, enforce safety, and deliver high-quality installations on mid- to large-scale projects. What You'll Do Lead multiple crews on structured cabling and infrastructure build projects Work directly with the Project Manager on schedules, milestones, and safety compliance Manage labor, productivity, and materials to keep projects on time and within scope Oversee site safety and ensure standards are met throughout the project lifecycle Review installation quality with QA/QC teams to ensure customer satisfaction Train, coach, and support Leads to strengthen overall team performance Coordinate with Field Engineers and other contractors to ensure seamless execution What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and large project builds Proven ability to lead crews and run mid- to large-size projects Strong understanding of copper and fiber installation, terminations, certification, and troubleshooting Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and port maps Certified Fiber Installer (CFI), Certified Cabling Test Technician (CFTT), or equivalent certification (BICSI/FOA preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Strong focus on safety and quality standards Why Work with Next Level Technician in West Memphis, AR?
