Summary: The Product File Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely product and pricing data. This role supports internal teams and end customers by loading vendor price updates, creating new product records, and managing product attributes to ensure consistency and accuracy.

**This is a contract position (temporary) to support 2026 project based work**

Essential Functions



  • Validate and load vendor price updates into the business system.
  • Create and maintain product records in business system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage product data attributes including descriptions, segmentations, unit of measures, and other metadata.
  • Assist with onboarding new products and vendors as needed.
  • Monitor vendor portals and communications for pricing updates and proactively initiate data changes.
  • Coordinate with product managers, vendors, and customer experience to ensure data integrity and resolve pricing and data discrepancies with timely updates.
  • Monitor, prioritize and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for product data processes.
  • Maintain documentation of product file changes and pricing updates for audit and reference purposes.


Required Qualifications



  • Associate's degree in a related field OR 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and data entry tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet changing deadlines with competing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field OR 3+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Experience working with vendor pricing and product data.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
