Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the Operating System within the manufacturing environment.
• Assist with developing and documenting standard work, process workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and operational problem solving.
• Gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings.
• Engage in daily tier meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn from experienced operations and engineering professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework or experience related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detailoriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to collaborate well with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of methodologies such as Lean, CI, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint

Education Requirements

• Rising Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
