Job Description

This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue office.

ThisEvent and Commercial Operations Associaterole will sit within the operations team to support the operational deliveryand execution ofsponsor andexhibitorcontractsof theFinovateand FintechAmerciasshows. You will be in a core support role both in the lead-up to and during the on-site delivery of the shows.

Key accountabilities

  • Supportonthe successful delivery of sponsorshipsandexecution of the exhibit floortaking on specific projects to see through from planningto onsite.
  • Manage branded assetslist including collating requirements, placing orders, overseeing deliveries.
  • Manage the relationship with thelogisticssupplier and oversee show shipments.
  • Manage the onsite temporary staffing for the events, including collating team requirements, managing the schedule, compiling briefing packs, and leading training and delivery onsite.
  • Support on other core deliverables of the shows such as, but not limited to,signageand catering.
  • Maintain and manage the assist inbox alongside theCustomer Success team.
  • Ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently and accuratelyincluding but not limited tomaintainingthesupplier database, the exhibitormanualandthe production of onsite documentation, FAQs, and onsite welcome packs.
  • Set up and run the onsite organizers' office.
  • Ad hoc duties, e.g., minute-taking for weekly team meetings, radios/mobile phone ordering.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional white glove service to clients and the ability to pivot to find solutions that align with overall businessobjectivesand client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support the globaloperationsteamon otherFintechshows and products in the run up and on site.

  • Professional Fluency in Spanish, preferred

The salary range for this role is $58,000-$62,000, based on experience.
