Key Responsibilities



  • Apply vinyl numbers, letters, and logos to garments using a heat press while ensuring proper placement and adherence to quality standards.
  • Apply markers to garments according to production specifications and order requirements.
  • Prepare production materials by unbagging apparel, staging print areas, and cutting vinyl to meet job specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Pick and package finished goods using picklists, upload orders, and generate shipping labels for outbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and organized material handling.


Qualifications



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in apparel production is a plus.
