Position Summary As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted, and collaborative environment, supporting multiple recruiters across Talent Operations. Your ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage high-volume workloads is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate discretion with confidential personnel information and possess a strong commitment to operational excellence. This role requires the formation of effective working relationships with team members to optimize the recruiting process and assure a compliant hiring experience. Compensation PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
