Position Title: SaaS Delivery Coordinator Location: Hybrid - Arlington, VA Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our team supporting the OMEGA Product Lifecycle team. In this role you will act as a project manager overseeing the delivery of SaaS and PaaS solutions to federal customers. You will be responsible for shepherding customers through the federal security compliance process (FedRAMP) to ensure targeted solutions obtain full compliance to operate. Day to day this will include meeting with customers, vendors, and internal teams on multiple projects to complete workflow milestones. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about collaboration or digital modernization. RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and understand FedRAMP requirements and the SaaS and PaaS lifecycle processes at VA Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuing deliverables and milestones are completed on time Facilitate cross functional calls with cybersecurity teams, vendors, developers and the customer Regularly and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage customer expectations, and set clear expectations for roles and responsibilities to the customer and collaborators Write and share detailed Meeting Minutes with stakeholders Communicate risks to leadership in a timely manner and develop mitigation strategies Operate high complexity projects that require flexible solutions while still ensuring full compliance Keep detailed notes of project details in CRM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry experience) 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or technical project support Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Strong written and verbal communication Experience supporting SaaS and/or PaaS implementations Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and track milestones in compliance-driven environments Strong cross-functional coordination and meeting facilitation skills Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support mitigation planning Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project tracking tools Experience supporting federal clients, ideally within VA environments preferred Experience with Salesforce desired Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, and other federal security/compliance frameworks desired PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification(s) preferred Experience with Power BI desired Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS intake and governance models desired Understanding of responsible AI, risk management, and compliance frameworks desired WORKING CONDITIONS Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00 ET. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
